On the day of check-in and check-out, you can drop off and pick up your luggage during the reception hours (8 AM -10 PM). For luggage stored on other days, 500 yen per day will be charged.

We can receive large luggage such as suitcases on the day of check-in. We do not accept luggage that has been paid for on delivery.
For letters and small packages, we can accept them from one week prior to the check-in date. If you want to send them, write your name and the check-in date on the slip, and tell us in advance via email or phone call. If your luggage arrives before the check-in date,
a fee of 500 yen per day will be charged.

Check-out time is until 11 AM, but you can extend the time up to 2 PM. with an extension fee of 500 yen per hour.

Although the main entrance is locked from 12AM to 7AM, you can exit freely then use the QR code provided upon check-in to enter the building
